Shipping Rules

 We provide shipping options that are safe, fast and affordable. All commodity are shipped within 2 days they are ordered! Your specific options are dependent on the destination of your order.

For all international customers, we have partnered with international ship ltd cooperation for shipped your order.

You can view the status of your order or track your package through your Account.

Shipping Issues: Lost or Missing Packages

If your order shows delivered, but you have not received your package, we ask that you contact us send to email to help locate your package.  We will open an investigation for 10 business days from the delivery date.  If the package are not found after 10 business days, we will refund or replace the item.

Shipping Issues: Delivery Address Corrections

If you notice that your order has been placed with an incorrect delivery address, contact customer service as soon as possible to see if the order can be corrected prior to shipping.  This is often not possible due to how quickly our warehouse processes orders for shipment.  In the event, the order is shipped with the incorrect address, we can only try to correct the address.

Return Rules

We want you to love the Diesel jeans from our site ordered! If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return your merchandise return and refund. We accepts the return of unworn jeans for up to 28 days from the date your order was shipped. We suggest trying on your commodity indoors to make sure they fit and are to your liking before wearing them outside.

We do not offer direct exchanges on merchandise. If you would like a different size, color or item, please place a new order.

If you experience any defects in workmanship, we will gladly replace the pant - no questions asked. We pride ourselves on providing you with the best quality products and we stand behind them 100%. Please contact Customer Service to replace a defective product.

Your return options are dependent on how you purchased your merchandise.

When we pick up the returns, we will be looking for your tracking number. Packages without tracking numbers emailed to us in advance will be returned to the customer .

Please be aware that returned items must be new and unused, and in unworn condition.

"New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item, lost or stolen parts, damage due to personal misuse or negligence; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. The product is subject to final inspection before your return is processed. Products that are returned to goods with a missing and damaged will be refused to returned to you , if you return any physically damaged item to us ,the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Shipping costs and a 5% non-refundable credit card charge is deducted from the credit amount .

Please insure your return. We are not responsible for shipping damages .

Product Exchange: you may exchange your product for any other product in our website for equal or lesser value. If exchanged for a lesser value item the remaining balance will be refunded to your Account.
